Team Red Shift from Dubai College won the Senior Challenge and qualified for the 2011 World Championships held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where they won the Innovative Thinking Award. The judges commended the team on their superb rear wing design which showed the depth of thought put into developing the car.

Team Desert Arrows from Al Khubair at British School in Abu Dhabi won the Junior Challenge and competed at the 2011 Goodwood Festival of Speed in England.
